ANORA is the trading name of the online store at anorashop.com. When you place an order, your contract is with the legal seller identified above.

Purchases may be made only by adults who have legal capacity to enter into a contract. The site is not intended for children to purchase from directly.

ANORA creates personalized embroidered merchandise using artwork supplied by the customer. Uploads are governed by our Custom Artwork & Content Policy.

Digital previews and mockups are indicative. Minor differences may occur when an image is translated into physical textile and thread, as explained in our Returns Policy.

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted after payment is successfully confirmed and ANORA confirms acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for a pricing error, payment failure, fraud risk, unavailable product, technical error, unlawful uploaded content, or another legitimate reason. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Personalized goods generally cannot be resold. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed by our Returns Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The total payable is shown before checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; ANORA does not need to receive or store your full card number.

Production, dispatch, and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

The ANORA brand, site design, copy, logo, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers retain their rights in original uploaded artwork, subject only to the limited permission described in the Custom Artwork & Content Policy.

You must not use the site for:

• unlawful activity or infringement of intellectual-property or other rights;
• interference with security or operation of the site;
• introducing malware or harmful code;
• impersonation, deception, or unauthorized access.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain applicable where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANORA's liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly connected with our breach. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. An order is generally governed by the version in effect when it was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are subject to the law applicable to the legal seller. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available in their country of habitual residence.
