Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Every ANORA item is personalized and made specifically for you using artwork you provide.

Once production has begun, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, personal preference, or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

You may request a cancellation or change before production begins by contacting support@anorashop.com as soon as possible. After production begins, a cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact support@anorashop.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

For faster handling, we recommend contacting us within 30 days of delivery. This recommended period does not reduce any longer statutory rights that apply to you.

Embroidery is a physical textile process. Minor differences in stitch placement, thread texture, garment texture or dye, and the appearance of colors on a screen compared with thread can occur and are not necessarily defects.

Significant mistakes in the artwork, personalization, product, size, placement, or colors compared with the confirmed order are not normal variation and should be reported to us.

A wrong size selected by the customer is not returnable after production begins. If ANORA sends a different size from the one ordered, we will correct the issue.

If an order is lost or remains undelivered, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
