Question 1

What kind of artwork can I upload?

Accepted Answer

ANORA is currently designed for children's drawings. Use a clear photo or scan in good light, with the full artwork visible and minimal glare or shadows. The upload accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP files.

Question 2

Does the drawing have to be perfect?

Accepted Answer

No. The wonky lines, proportions, and small imperfections are part of its character. We prepare the drawing for embroidery while aiming to preserve what makes the original recognizable.

Question 3

Will you redraw or “improve” my child's artwork?

Accepted Answer

We prepare it for thread, simplifying only where technically necessary. Our aim is to preserve the original shapes, proportions, and character rather than turn the drawing into polished clip art.

Question 4

Who owns the uploaded drawing?

Accepted Answer

You keep ownership of the original artwork. ANORA receives only the limited rights needed to process the image and fulfill your order. See the Custom Artwork & Content Policy.

Question 5

Can I upload a drawing made by a child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the adult placing the order is the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise has authority to submit it. See the Custom Artwork & Content Policy.

Question 6

Will I see the embroidery before I order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will see a preview before checkout and can review the selected product, color, size, and personalization before payment.

Question 7

Will the finished embroidery look exactly like the screen preview?

Accepted Answer

The preview is designed to represent the expected result, but embroidery is physical thread on fabric. Minor differences in stitch placement, thread texture, garment dye, and screen-versus-thread color can occur. Significant errors compared with the confirmed order are handled under the Returns Policy.

Question 8

Why can some details change when converted to embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Very fine marks, tiny gaps, and subtle color variations may need to be simplified because thread has physical thickness and stitch-density limits. The goal is to preserve the drawing's overall character, not mechanically reproduce every pixel.

Question 9

How many thread colors are used?

Accepted Answer

The artwork is prepared using a practical embroidery palette selected from supported production thread colors, balancing fidelity and stitchability.

Question 10

Can embroidery colors look different from my original drawing?

Accepted Answer

Slightly, yes. Crayon and marker colors, screens, and physical thread reproduce color differently. ANORA maps the drawing to supported embroidery thread colors while trying to preserve the original color relationships.

Question 11

What products can I customize?

Accepted Answer

At launch, ANORA offers custom embroidered T-shirts and hoodies. View the current selection in the shop.

Question 12

Where is the embroidery placed?

Accepted Answer

The placement shown in your product preview is the placement used for your order.

Question 13

How do I choose the right size?

Accepted Answer

Use the size guide and choose according to the garment measurements and your preferred fit. If you select the wrong size, a personalized item generally cannot be exchanged after production begins. If ANORA sends the wrong size, we will correct it. See the Returns Policy.

Question 14

Can I change the product, size, or color after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Contact support@anorashop.com immediately. Changes may be possible before production begins but cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Question 15

How long does my order take?

Accepted Answer

Each item is made to order. Current production and delivery estimates are shown during the order process where available, and tracking is emailed once available. See the Shipping Policy.

Question 16

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Tracking is sent by email when available. You can also use the secure Order Status page.

Question 17

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Available destinations are determined at checkout. We are building ANORA primarily for U.S. customers while supporting additional destinations where fulfillment is available.

Question 18

Can I return a personalized item?

Accepted Answer

Once production has begun, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. This does not affect statutory rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different goods. See the Returns Policy.

Question 19

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

Contact support@anorashop.com with your order number and clear photos. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include replacement, repair, a price reduction, or a refund as appropriate. See the Returns Policy.

Question 20

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Request cancellation as soon as possible. Before production begins it may be possible; once production begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. See the Returns Policy.

Question 21

Do you use my child's drawing in advertising?

Accepted Answer

Not without separate permission. Uploaded artwork is used to provide the service and fulfill your order. See the Privacy Policy and Custom Artwork & Content Policy.

Question 22

Do you store my full card number?

Accepted Answer

No. Payment is handled by the payment provider; ANORA does not need to receive or store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy.
