Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state that a date or period is guaranteed.

Orders may be produced or shipped by one or more fulfillment partners. Items from one order may therefore arrive in separate packages.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact support@anorashop.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes may become impossible after fulfillment or shipping begins.

Tracking information is sent by email when it is available.

If ANORA cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Taxes, duties, and import charges are handled or disclosed as required for the destination and checkout. ANORA will not add undisclosed ANORA fees after checkout.

If tracking does not update or your shipment appears lost, contact support@anorashop.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
