How we use information

We may use information to process orders, prepare personalized manufacturing files, arrange delivery, verify payment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, secure and improve the service, perform analytics, and conduct marketing only where required consent exists.

Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or consent.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with categories of providers such as our payment processor; cloud infrastructure providers including Supabase; Printify, Printful, and other fulfillment partners; Resend for transactional email; shipping carriers; and technical image-processing providers needed to create embroidery assets.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Artwork and marketing

Customer artwork is used to provide the requested service. We do not use customer artwork in advertising, social media, portfolios, or promotional materials without separate permission.

Retention and international transfers

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Our providers may process information in different countries. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Your privacy rights

Where EU or EEA law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to a supervisory authority.

Where applicable U.S. state law grants these rights, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable. ANORA does not state that it sells personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
