Custom Artwork & Content Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains the permissions needed to turn uploaded artwork into a personalized ANORA item.
Your authority to upload
By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and have the right to authorize its reproduction and adaptation for your order.
If the artwork relates to a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have authority to provide and authorize use of the artwork.
You also confirm that the content is not unlawful and does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other third-party right.
Ownership and limited permission
You retain ownership of your original artwork. ANORA does not acquire ownership of a child's drawing or other original artwork merely because it is uploaded.
You grant ANORA and its service providers a limited license only as reasonably necessary to:
- store, reproduce, resize, convert, process, embroider, and transmit the content;
- provide the service and manufacture and deliver your order;
- provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Content review and promotional use
ANORA may refuse content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for lawful production.
We do not use customer artwork in advertising, social media, a portfolio, or other promotional materials without separate permission.
